Responsibilities

Partner with marketing and business team members to lead the design process for marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring high-quality visual assets that resonate with our target audience.

Collaborate with the design and marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for various platforms.

Create eye-catching designs for marketing campaigns & sales collaterals. (Eg. brochures, presentations, landing/web pages and illustrations )

Maintain brand consistency by enforcing design guidelines and ensuring alignment across all platforms and touchpoints.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development.

Stay updated on industry trends and research fresh and modern design elements into projects.

Manage your own time, document it, and meet deadlines with professionalism

*Qualification Criteria *

A strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills in Visual Communication Design.

5+ years of proven experience.

In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, illustration, and layout.

Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; open to learning new tools as required.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A passion for staying updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry advancements.
