Experience – 5 years (4 years of experience as product manager is must)

Location - Gurgaon (work from office)

CTC- Upto 25 lpa

BFSI Domain - Must

As a Product Manager, you will be leading projects from conceptualization to launch. You will be responsible for building and constantly improving the product using data, experience and feedback from consumers.

Key Responsibilities -

You will be both the CEO of the product and the janitor, taking care of all the high-level strategy as well as the everyday grunt work.

You’ll be working and translating across the team.

Beyond dreaming big and thinking wildly, the PM will be end-to-end owner of user KPIs from acquisition to retention and

Relentlessly develop with prioritise and execute product backlog to improve user experience in each successive sprint.

Experience Required

Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys taking end-to-end ownership of the product and work across stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives for the product

Strong analytical skills, ability to define KPIs, KPI dashboards and success metrics. He/she should also be conversant with executing effective A/B tests for hypothesis testing.

User Centric Thinking- Ready to carry out first hand user research as well as dive into existing app usage data to back hypothesis for development on these platforms

Prioritization: The PM should be able to carry out effective prioritization of user-features balancing between user experience, business requirements and resourcing.
